Processing Time:

We process and pack all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time:

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy seasons or due to unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Shipping Responsibility:

We take great care in packing and shipping your items. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been shipped. If your order is lost, delayed, or stolen in transit, we recommend you file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.). Please retain any tracking information provided to assist with the claim process.

Holiday & Weekend Shipping:

Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded from the processing and shipping time frames. Orders placed during holidays will be processed the following business day.
